Extell Hospitality Services seeks a Restaurants General Manager for Canopy Deer Valley in Park City. Lead the Front of House across Signature Restaurant, Lounges, Room Service and Banquets, delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury mountain destination.

The role requires 5+ years in upscale hotel/resort management, 3+ years in GM/Director‑level F&B, strong P&L, team leadership, and expert knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive management experience in a high‑volume, upscale hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
• Minimum of 3+ years in a General Manager or Director‑level F&B leadership role, overseeing multiple distinct outlets (restaurant, lounge, banquets).
• Exceptional working knowledge of all FOH operations, including high‑end dining service, lounge/bar operations, and banquet/catering logistics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
• Strong proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha), reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak ski season.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a high‑performing FOH team across multiple outlets (Signature Restaurant, Lounges, Room Service, Banquets).
• Oversee service standards, reservations, floor plans, and seating to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Monitor labor costs, budgets, and inventory; report KPIs and support budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws; maintain cleanliness and asset upkeep.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team to align FOH and BOH operations.
