Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead the front-of-house across Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley venues. You will supervise FOH staff, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a luxury, multi-outlet setting.

You will report to the Restaurants General Manager, coordinate with culinary team, and manage schedules, reservations, and daily operations to optimize service quality and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in Food & Beverage, preferably upscale hotel or resort.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a diverse FOH team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with POS and reservation systems; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certifications: Food Handler, Alcohol Server Training (On-Premise) and DABS Manager Training, or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-the-floor manager for all service periods and ensure standards for all FOH venues.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and elevated guest experiences across all outlets.
• Directly support the Restaurants General Manager in policies, guest flow, seating, and reservations.
• Monitor guest feedback and coordinate with Culinary Team on food & beverage quality.
• Lead FOH training and scheduling to manage labor costs within budget.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reporting.
