Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services operates Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley, delivering mountain luxury with alpine ambiance. The F&B Manager will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service across the Signature Restaurant, Lounges, Room Service, and Banquets, while guiding the FOH team to uphold brand standards.

The role requires extensive experience in upscale hospitality, strong wine and beverage knowledge, and adeptness with POS and reservation systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management in F&B at high-volume venues.
• Ability to supervise and develop a diverse FOH team.
• Strong knowledge of high-end dining and bar operations.
• Proficiency with POS and reservation systems; excellent communication.
• Current Food Handler, Alcohol Server (On-Premise) and DABS Manager Training certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days after hire.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays during peak ski season.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor management for all service periods across venues.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and elevated guest experiences.
• Support GM in implementing policies, managing guest flow, seating, and reservations.
• Monitor guest feedback and coordinate with Culinary Team for quality consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all FOH spaces.
