Job summary

Elysée New York, a boutique luxury hotel in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a hospitality-driven Server for Salon Sanssouci and hotel F&B operations. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, and deliver a high-standard dining experience reflective of Elysée New York's personalized hospitality.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reporting to F&B Management, you will work to Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes 5-Star standards, with potential

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and food & beverage service.
• Clear, professional communication and coordination with kitchen, bar, and service teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and courses with warmth and accuracy.
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and escort to table when appropriate.
• Present menus and explain daily specials with enthusiasm.
• Answer questions on menu items, ingredients, allergens, and portions.
• Make recommendations for food and beverage pairings and upsell.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar.
• Serve according to established standards and balance cash/transactions.
