Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service across Salon Sanssouci and hotel outlets. You’ll work under Forbes 5-Star standards, crafting cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a warm, discreet guest experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or high-volume bartending.
• Alcohol service certification (TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in NYC luxury hospitality market.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
• Welcome guests warmly and recommend drinks.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest safety.
