Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead Salon Sanssouci and hotel F&B operations with Forbes Five-Star standards. You will supervise front-of-house teams, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service across venues.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on occupancy and events, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong guest-centric

Formación

• Minimum two years of progressive supervisory experience in a full-service hotel restaurant or luxury F&B operation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience with luxury hospitality standards and Forbes Five-Star expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health department regulations.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud and hotel management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing daily restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and other assigned F&B outlets.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Serve as manager on duty during shifts for the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and satisfaction scores to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Front Office teams for seamless service.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules based on occupancy and events.
• Ensure opening, closing, and shift handover procedures are followed.
• Support inventory and cost-control measures across F&B operations.
