Elysee New York, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to supervise Salon Sanssouci and hotel dining operations. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure service quality, and act as manager on duty during shifts, aligning with Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Five-Star standards.

The role requires mornings/evenings/weekends, strong leadership, a hospitality mindset, and a proven track record in luxury hotel restaurant operations;

Competenze

• Minimum two years of progressive supervisory experience in a full-service hotel restaurant.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or equivalent) is required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.
• Alcohol Awareness or Responsible Beverage Service Certification, where applicable.
• Experience within the New York City luxury hospitality market.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, though not required.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing daily restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and other F&B outlets.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional hospitality and ensure prompt service recovery.
• Serve as manager on duty for the restaurant during assigned shifts.
• Review guest comments and satisfaction data to identify service improvements.
