Elysée New York, a Wunderkind Hotels property managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Salon Sanssouci and hotel dining operations in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and strict adherence to Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Five‑Star standards. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of progressive supervisory experience in a full-service hotel restaurant or hospitality F&B operation.
• Experience in luxury boutique or independent luxury property is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Salon Sanssouci and hotel F&B outlets.
• Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service recovery.
• Act as manager on duty during assigned shifts.
• Review guest feedback and loyalty program insights to drive improvements.
• Supervisor responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
