Job summary

Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a skilled Bartender for Salon Sanssouci and hotel outlets. You will provide exceptional beverage service, welcome guests, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bartender experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume environment.
• Alcohol service certification such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
• Welcome guests warmly and offer recommendations across cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Build rapport with guests and create a personalized, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Process guest payments accurately and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policy.
