Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV seeks a General Manager of Lounges for Bellagio’s premier venues, including Petrossian Lounge and Baccarat Bar. You will lead daily operations, guest experiences, and team performance to uphold luxury service and world-class food and beverage standards.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, labor optimization, compliance, and collaboration with culinary leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in luxury lounge or hospitality.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Experience managing a high-volume luxury lounge preferred.
• Experience with unionized staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations, labor productivity, scheduling and inventory control.
• Co-own the lounge business plan and represent the lounge in meetings.
• Ensure health, sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
• Lead HR activities including hiring, coaching, recognition and succession planning.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage feedback channels.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen- dining-room service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of venue food and beverage offerings.
