Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Beverage Manager for the Mandalay Bay Lounges to oversee daily beverage operations and elevate guest experiences. You will lead a team, develop cocktail programs, and ensure premier service across lounge venues.

The role requires 2+ years beverage experience, mixology background, and prior leadership in F&B. This on-site management position offers growth opportunities within a renowned hospitality group and a dynamic, high-energy

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Beverage experience.
• 2+ Years of mixologist experience for a Lounge or similar Bar/Nightlife environment preferred.
• Previous experience as a manager in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Previous experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control.
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests.
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division.
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly.
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues.
