Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager of Casino Service to lead casino cocktail service, High Limit and Baccarat beverage operations, delivering luxury guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will oversee daily beverage operations, manage budgets and staffing, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with gaming and safety standards while mentoring a premier service team.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in high-volume hospitality/beverage operations.
• Minimum three years in a senior leadership role.
• Ability to lead multiple casino beverage service areas in a 24-hour luxury resort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily casino beverage operations across multiple areas.
• Drive revenue growth via labor, cost control, inventory, and productivity.
• Maintain leadership presence on casino floor during peak periods.
• Coordinate events with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and variance reporting.
• Recruit, develop, and lead beverage teams ensuring staffing and performance.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service, safety, and gaming regulations.
• Communicate operational performance to executive leadership.
