Job summary
MGM Resorts International is seeking a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager for The Cosmopolitan team in Las Vegas to elevate guest service for a discerning clientele in a luxury setting. You will lead with warmth and professionalism, support daily lounge operations, and create seamless, memorable experiences while coaching staff and ensuring accurate payroll and attendance practices for VIP employees.

Qualifications
- Experience in guest service, preferably VIP services, Front Desk or Concierge.
- 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in hotel operations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director or Department Head.
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Promote a team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Support hiring, training, development, and succession planning while upholding the company’s diversity commitment.
- Ensure accurate charging, postings, payment collection, cash handling, credit transactions, and balancing procedures.
- Submit payroll and track attendance reports for VIP staff.
