Job summary

The Mansion Dining Room at MGM Grand in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a premier dining experience for distinguished guests. You will partner with the General Manager to drive service excellence, manage staffing, and align operations with fiscal goals in a luxury setting.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and execution of F&B initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with culinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of health and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant management experience in luxury dining.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards.
• Execute marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability and support the business plan.
• Assist General Manager with human resources, coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Ensure health, sanitation and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.
