Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior VIP Lounge Manager to set the vision for an exceptional VIP experience, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and a dedicated team delivering personalized service.

You'll lead across the VIP Lounge, luxury suites, and butler services, cultivate talent, drive operational success, and create WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years of VIP services, Front Desk or Concierge experience.
• Two years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee policies, procedures, training, directives, and schedules for VIP Lounge and Butler staff.
• Foster a management team focused on guest service, employee relations, teamwork, and asset management.
• Ensure people programs are deployed to support employee engagement and accountability.
• Use guest service metrics to identify deficiencies and drive improvements.
• Build collaborative relationships with Casino Marketing, VIP Services, and other departments.
