Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead, educate and energize a team to deliver a world-class dining experience. You will oversee food and beverage quality, daily presentation, and guest service while ensuring health and safety standards across the restaurant.

Key duties include managing personnel, interacting with guests for feedback, training on industry trends, increasing revenue through marketing and engagement, inventory control, budgeting and P&L audits,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Lounge or Restaurant management role in a similar environment.
• Experience managing a large, luxury resort dining operation preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team and work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proficient in English with polished appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and energize the restaurant team to deliver a world-class dining experience.
• Administer all personnel aspects for restaurant team members.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service quality.
• Provide ongoing education on industry trends and service etiquette.
• Ensure sanitation and health code compliance across the operation.
• Drive revenue via marketing, networking and team engagement.
• Manage inventory, budgeted COS, labor and operating cash flow.
• Audit monthly P&L statements and address variances.
• Promote responsible alcohol service per regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and escalate issues as needed.
