Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointments.
• Work in coordination with leasing administrators to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Assist and welcome residents moving into the building.
• Monitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance Staff.
• Monitor inquiries via email, social, and phone and respond promptly with requested information.
