Job summary

The RMS Companies’ The Asher Stamford is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to create a hotel-like, welcoming environment for residents and guests in a luxury community. You will apply hospitality expertise to assist residents, give tours to prospects, and support daily operations under the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include hosting events, coordinating with leasing teams, welcoming new residents, and ensuring smooth communication across maintenance, back-office, and security.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality.
• Positive energy and willingness to learn.
• Training will be provided.
• This is a full-time position, and candidates will be required to work weekend and/or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointments.
• Work in coordination with leasing administrators in Headquarters office to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Assist and welcome residents moving into the building.
• Monitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance Staff.
• Monitor inbound email, social, and telephone inquiries and respond in a timely manner with the requested information – track and organize all information.
• Work with the back-office staff on any payment issues.
• Organize mail & packages.
• Monitor parking garage.
• Enforce community rules.
• Establish partnerships and engage the local community.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
