Job summary

The Resident Experience Coordinator at RMS Companies in Stamford creates a welcoming atmosphere, assists residents, and provides tours for new prospects. This role applies RMS's hospitality expertise to deliver a hotel‑like experience for renters and reports to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include hosting resident events, coordinating with leasing admins, welcoming new residents, managing inquiries, and partnering with the local community. Full‑time with weekend/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality and positive energy are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a luxury-resident setting.
• Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters.
• Coordinate with leasing administrators to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Welcome residents moving into the building and assist with move-in processes.
• Monitor maintenance needs and communicate with Maintenance Staff.
• Respond to inquiries via email, social, and phone in a timely manner and organize information.
