Job summary

The RMS Companies’ The Asher in Stamford is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to create a hotel-like living experience for residents. You’ll greet residents, host events, give tours of the building and units, and support leasing activities.

This full-time role requires weekend and/or night shifts. Training will be provided. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) benefits, paid leave, and other RMS programs.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality and positive energy required.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be available for weekend and/or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters.
• Collaborate with leasing administrators to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Welcome residents moving in and assist with onboarding.
