Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointments.
• Work in coordination with leasing administrators in Headquarters office to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Assist and welcome residents moving into the building.
• Monitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance Staff.
• Monitor inbound email, social, and telephone inquiries and respond in a timely manner with the requested information – track and organize all information.
• Work with the back-office staff on any payment issues.
• Organize mail & packages.
• Enforce community rules.
• Establish partnerships and engage the local community.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
