Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place for the station.
• Minimize wastage and maximize use of raw materials.
• Maintain presentation standards and help develop new standards.
• Produce the daily kitchen requirements.
• Plan and execute production to maintain output.
• Cover other stations when supervisor is not present.
• Follow cost control policies and procedures.
• Assist in the effective storage of food items.
