Visual Comfort & Co is seeking a results-oriented showroom sales professional with strong design sensibility to serve trade and consumer clients. You will guide projects from concept to completion, delivering expert lighting advice and exceptional service in a luxury showroom environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail or showroom sales, with a background in luxury home furnishings or lighting. Proficiency in design tools and CRM is a plus; on-site role with rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; D365 knowledge preferred.
• Experienced with CRM/ERP systems for client management and project tracking.
• Project management skills; manage client expectations and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of product design and lighting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Oversee all phases of the sales process from opportunity to invoice with exceptional customer service.
• Manage sales pipeline using order entry software and multiple communication channels.
• Deliver expert design consultation and product recommendations to trade and retail clients.
• Provide guidance on lighting selections to foster enduring client relationships.
• Present compelling demonstrations of lighting, controls, and shading solutions.
• Collaborate on design-driven sales strategies to secure client commitments.
