Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks an experienced showroom sales professional to join our design-led team in Charlotte.

This role combines in-store sales with technical project design responsibilities, collaborating with trade and consumer clients to deliver lighting and shading solutions from concept to completion. You will bring 3+ years in retail/showroom sales, a background in luxury home furnishings or lighting, and strong client-management and design communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail or showroom sales.
• Experience in luxury home furnishings or lighting.
• Bachelors degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP familiarity.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and lighting layouts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Provide lighting and shading solutions to clients.
• Deliver design consultations to trade and retail clients.
• Manage showroom operations and schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams from inception to completion.
