The role requires collaboration with architects, designers, and homeowners, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and upholding brand standards. A strong background in luxury lighting helps ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail showroom sales in luxury lighting or related category.
• Experience collaborating with designers, architects, and homeowners.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed showroom sales objectives.
• Provide expert lighting consultations to trade and retail clients.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners.
• Guide projects from inquiry to invoice with strong customer service.
• Collaborate with Design Studio on documentation and BOMs.
• Maintain showroom standards and operation systems.
