Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a showroom sales professional in Colorado to partner with trade and consumer clients. You will deliver comprehensive lighting and shading solutions from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance.

The role combines design consultation with project execution, requiring knowledge of lighting specs, controls, and BOM/proposal preparation. A strong client focus and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales experience required.
• Prior experience within design/building products industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; D365 knowledge preferred.
• CRM/ERP systems experience helpful for client management and project tracking.
• Project management skills to manage timelines and client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of lighting layouts, specs, and control systems.
• Able to build relationships with architects, builders, designers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Oversee all sales phases from opportunity to invoice with exceptional service.
• Manage sales pipeline using order entry software and multiple communication methods.
• Deliver design consultation and product recommendations to trade and retail clients.
