Job summary

Prado is seeking a Project Manager USA to lead luxury residential and commercial lighting projects across North America. You’ll bridge design clients, sales, and production, ensuring every fixture aligns with design intent, schedule, and installation requirements.

You’ll collaborate with European production, manage schedules, coordinate shipments, and maintain proactive communication with site teams to deliver flawless installations and a white-glove client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in architectural lighting or high-end interiors.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and multi-warehouse fulfillment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and vendor timelines.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, lighting schedules, and electrical specs.
• Familiarity with UL/ETL compliance and driver specifications.
• Excellent communication with architects, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for architects, designers, contractors, and distributors for U.S. projects.
• Lead project lifecycle: quoting, order approvals, production coordination, shipping, and installation support.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate changes.
• Review lighting schedules, drawings, and submittals for feasibility.
• Coordinate with European production, logistics, and U.S. fulfillment teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP workflows, logistics data, and project docs.
• Deliver a white-glove client experience with proactive communication.
