Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects in NYC, including Manhattan. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring exceptional quality and client service.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing luxury residential electrical builds, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and codes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury residential electrical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of NYC electrical codes and construction practices.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Electrical license preferred but not required for candidates with strong field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential electrical projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and project execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance
• Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and reporting
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
