Job summary

prado is seeking a Project Manager USA to lead luxury residential and commercial lighting projects across North America. You will bridge design clients, sales, and production, turning creative ideas into flawless installations from concept to delivery.

You will coordinate architects, designers, and contractors, manage schedules, shipments, and ERP/CRM workflows, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while upholding our design-centric, premium standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, architectural lighting, or high-end interiors.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and multi-warehouse fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for architects, designers, contractors, and distributors for assigned U.S. projects.
• Lead the project lifecycle and oversee all phases: quoting, order approval, production coordination, shipping, installation support.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and proactive communication of changes.
• Review lighting schedules, drawings, and submittals for product accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with European production, logistics, and U.S. fulfillment teams.
• Manage lead times, shipping logistics, and delivery sequencing for multi-location installations.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP workflows, logistics data, and project documentation.
• Work with Sales Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate billing and project reconciliation.
• Deliver a white-glove client experience and proactive communication with design clients and site teams.
