Vivmark Residential is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our New York team. You will conduct tours, advise on floorplans, and drive resident engagement to showcase luxury living at our communities.

This full-time role requires 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, a NY real estate license or commitment to obtain one within 90 days, and weekend availability to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management.
• NYS real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with leasing process and property tours.
• Tailor tours to individual preferences, highlight floorplans and neighborhood features.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospective residents.
• Support weekend leasing activities; Saturday availability is required.
