Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at one of our Brooklyn communities. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and help residents find the ideal home with a focus on exceptional service.

In this role, weekend availability is expected, and you will support residents and colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient leasing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Show leasing properties and assist residents in finding a home.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into residents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster community.
• Manage leasing processes and coordinate with the team.
• Weekend availability is required, especially Saturdays.
