Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to join our NYC leasing team. You will manage daily leasing operations at our New York community, conduct thoughtful tours, and ensure prospective residents experience luxury living and attentive service.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, a NY Real Estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• New York State real estate license, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and match residents to floorplans.
• Manage daily leasing operations at the community.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects.
• Coordinate with team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
