Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized tours and guide residents to ideal floorplans.
• Drive leasing performance with targeted outreach and campaigns.
