Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and tailor tours to individual tastes, outlining best floorplans and neighborhood options.
• Follow leads with timely updates and customized communications to prospective residents.
• Coordinate with leasing team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality resident experience.
• Weekend availability is required, with Saturday shifts to accommodate applicant traffic.
