Job summary

NewCastle Management Group is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to market and lease luxury multifamily communities. The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to qualify prospects, present floor plans, and close applications.

You will manage leads, document tours, assist with move-ins, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold Fair Housing standards while delivering an outstanding resident experience. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent certification is required.
• One year of leasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service experience and/or sales experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office experience required.
• RealPage, Knock, and OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour prospects, qualify, determine wants and needs, and professionally present community and specific apartments/condominiums while providing features and benefits.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete all leasing and application paperwork.
• Maintain a professional leasing office and promote goodwill among prospects and residents.
• Address resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
• Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and trends and assist in marketing property.
