Weekend availability is required with a focus on sales, marketing outreach, and community engagement. Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is expected, along with knowledge of fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
