Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for one of its Miramar communities. The role focuses on delivering luxury living experiences through proactive resident engagement and personalized tours.

You will manage day-to-day leasing operations, follow leads, and collaborate with the team to showcase floorplans and local amenities. Weekend availability is required to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing consultant duties including daily leasing operations at the community.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospective residents and explain floorplans and nearby amenities.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with team to execute creative leasing campaigns and events.
