Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Assistant Property Manager for Aura Fairways in Mesquite, TX. You will assist the property manager with leasing, financial reporting, and resident relations to ensure a premium living experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing rent collections, LEASING, and move-ins/outs; maintaining records; and supporting staff training. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s is preferred, with Yardi Voyager experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar software experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident lifecycle activities and leasing processes.
• Maintain rent collections, posting, and rent rolls; prepare reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Support resident relations and resolve issues as needed.
• Cover property operations in the absence of the property manager.
