Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Aura Fairways, a luxury class A property in Mesquite, TX. You will lead daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, and support the property’s safety and curb appeal for 300+ units.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, team mentorship, incident response, and collaboration with residents, supervisors, and property managers to deliver quality service and timely unit turns.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Carry out carpentry duties: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window and door repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler systems, elevators, pool and related areas.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to meet standards and resident satisfaction.
