Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Lease-up Property Manager for Aura Fairways in Mesquite, TX. You will oversee daily operations, resident relations, rent collection, and marketing to attract and retain residents while ensuring adherence to company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Lead and recruit associates, provide coaching and development.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and safety.
