Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager for Aura Fairways in Mesquite, TX. You will oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction while coordinating marketing efforts to drive occupancy at a luxury Class A community.

You will manage the lease lifecycle, supervise staff, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with company standards. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
• Create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development.
• Responsible for executing the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
