Job summary

Avenue5 Residential invites applications for a Lease-Up Assistant Property Manager at Aura Fairways in Mesquite, TX. You will support the property manager in daily operations, aim for high resident satisfaction, manage lease activity, and assist with financial reports and owner communications.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of the resident lifecycle, and a real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit leases and resident files for accuracy and renewal dates.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, maintenance and office operations.
