Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Lease-up Property Manager for Aura Fairways in Mesquite, TX. You’ll oversee daily operations, lease administration, rent collection, marketing, and resident satisfaction to maximize property performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and proficiency with property systems like Salesforce or Yardi. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision for development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
