Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-up Property Manager for Aura Fairways, a luxury Class A community in Mesquite, TX. You will manage day-to-day operations, leasing activities, and resident relations to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years property management experience, a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and knowledge of lease lifecycle and property marketing. Real estate license is a plus. Excellent leadership and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• One to two years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required regionally; Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and leases.
• Ensure rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L alignment.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, feedback, and hiring processes.
• Coach and develop associates, communicating a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Maintain compliance with management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge and safety procedures.
• Organize site disaster plans and risk management initiatives.
