Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL seeks an experienced L&D leader to execute the North America Training Roadmap and align local priorities with HQ guidelines. You will partner with global L&D to tailor assets for the North American market and co-lead regional retail initiatives with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include delivering high-impact training across virtual, classroom, and on-floor formats, launching bespoke regional programs, and coachingBoutique leadership to ensure brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Luxury Industry Expertise: minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury industry (High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Watchmaking is highly preferred).
• Retail & Training Credentials: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in luxury retail training and coaching, combined with proven hands‑on field or sales experience within luxury boutiques.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or Human Resources), or equivalent luxury retail experience.
• Instructional Design: Demonstrated experience in the implementation and of training programs and materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute the yearly Piaget North America Training Roadmap and L&D strategy, aligning local market priorities with HQ guidelines.
• Collaborate with global L&D content creators to adapt assets for the North American market.
• Act as a key business partner on global and regional retail initiatives, participating in monthly calls with leadership.
• Deliver engaging virtual, classroom, and on-floor training covering the complete customer journey.
• Implement bespoke local training programs in collaboration with commercial leadership to address regional opportunities.
• Provide on-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance brand image and guide Boutique Managers and Client Advisors.
• Support leadership upskilling across Retail & Wholesale channels and ensure consistent coaching.
• Organize and manage large-scale training events and monitor the L&D budget.
