Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to support cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, and kitchen areas. You will operate dishwashing equipment and help keep all production spaces clean to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine.
• Load/unload dishware and store properly after washing.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers and kitchen surfaces, floors and walls.
• Utilize silver burnishing machine to polish and transport pieces.
• Store cleaning chemicals safely and follow protective practices.
• Follow Four Seasons’ conduct rules and work with others professionally.
