Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated dishwashing attendant to support our Miami location. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, kitchen equipment, and maintaining sanitary production areas.

Must be able to work all shifts, with prior food service experience preferred. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; teamwork and attentiveness are essential to uphold luxury guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using dishwashing equipment.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers, drains, floors and walls in kitchen areas.
• Wash, polish, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Set up and operate silver burnishing and related cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and Four Seasons’ policies.
