Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our luxury kitchen operation. You will clean and sanitize china, glass, and flatware, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain a spotless prep and production area.

The role requires reading, writing and spoken English, reliability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and a commitment to the Golden Rule and exemplary guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Stewarding.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and related equipment.
• Proficient in reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silverware using the dishwashing machine and store properly.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers, kitchen drains, floors and walls; maintain sanitation across production areas.
• Clean pots, pans, and utensils with correct cleaning solutions and safety practices.
• Safely store and handle cleaning chemicals with appropriate protective clothing.
• Be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
