Four Seasons Hotel Boston seeks a hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, In Room Dining, Banquets or Stewarding. You will ensure guests receive exemplary service, supervise staff, and handle scheduling, purchasing and inventories within the Food & Beverage division.

The role requires 1–2 years of luxury F&B experience, strong service and cost-control knowledge, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Food and Beverage experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to have a flexible schedule according to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest amenities to ensure service aligns with Four Seasons standards.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll records per budgeted guidelines.
• Operate the hotel computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and run end-of-day reports.
• Interview and select job applicants; supervise, discipline and evaluate staff.
• Lead and coach employees to meet cultural and core standards; maintain relationships with regular and new guests.
