Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling in Metro Atlanta is seeking an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations, design proposals, and close high-value remodeling projects for affluent homeowners.
Ideal candidates have a proven record of selling more than $2M annually, with knowledge of luxury finishes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to production handoff, plus strong commission potential and company support.
Qualifications
- Personally sold $2M+ in kitchen/bath remodeling in a year.
- Proven record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
- Experience selling luxury kitchen/bath projects in Metro Atlanta.
- Experience serving affluent homeowners with high design and service expectations.
- Knowledge of kitchen/bath space planning and finishes.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta.
- Build trust with affluent homeowners and understand lifestyle and investment.
- Transform ideas into kitchen/bath designs and proposals.
- Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.
- Present concepts, options, and investments; guide decisions.
